“I highly recommend using Brand New Construction, LLC. Charles, the owner, was super knowledgeable about what was needed to repair the roof after a wind storm came through. The insurance only wanted to pay for 8 missing shingles but Charles was on our side and after taking pictures and explaining what was needed, they paid for a new roof. He then set up the installation for the following week and it went so smooth. Excellent communication throughout the whole thing and very professional. Would work with them again! “This was my first time using BNC and they were fantastic to work with. Charles gave me a fair price and answered all my questions. He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer. While a mess was unavoidable, there wasn’t nearly as much dust and debris as I expected. Overall, BNC did a great job and I will likely use them again for future home repairs.”
